Our Senior Programs focus on integrating our neighborhood’s seniors into the larger community, as well as providing them with fun, socializing health and fitness activities. Senior programs are open to people 65 years of age and older. Central to the Senior Program is our Senior Swim program, which features lap swimming, recreational swimming, and water aerobics. Senior Open Swim
Monday through Friday, 12 noon—1:30 pm.

Senior Water Aerobics
Tuesday and Friday, 12:45—1:15 pm.

Café Society
Weekdays, 10—2 pm.
