Dear Manhattan Youth Families,

We have many reasons to be optimistic about the future. The ways in which we will move ahead are at this point, not entirely clear.

We are preparing to open our programs in September, and staying informed on the best ways to do that. While we currently do not know exactly how schools will be operating in the fall, we plan to provide services which will best support parents and children.

Working parents will need support so they can be at their jobs on time. Children want to see their friends and begin after school activities. All of this needs to happen in ways that are safe and responsible. We are planning for this, and once we know what the schools have decided we will be able to put these plans in place.

Before we take on this task, we must take the time to recharge and rest.

Manhattan Youth will be taking a pause, with all staff on vacation from July 1 to July 17th. As you know, Manhattan Youth has been keeping our staff employed and busy since mid-March. It’s time to take a break and enjoy our blessings.

As summer progresses we will be back with registrations, ideas and our commitments to you.

For now I wish only the best for your families, and an amazing summer for all of you.

Warmly,

Bob
